"Working with Book Solid Value transformed our raw interview recordings into a polished, branded podcast that consistently ranks in Ireland's top business shows."— Roisín Kavanagh, founder of Westport Wellness Collective
Production pipeline at a glance
Every episode moves through a structured pipeline designed to maintain quality while respecting your schedule. Here is how each phase works.
| Phase | What happens | Your involvement |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | We map your audience, define your sonic identity, and plan your first season arc. This includes competitive listening analysis and format recommendation. | One 60-minute strategy call plus a brief questionnaire about your goals and tone preferences. |
| Pre-production | Episode outlines, guest research briefs, and talking-point documents are prepared. We also handle scheduling and calendar coordination with guests. | Review and approve outlines. We handle the rest. |
| Recording | Remote sessions captured via high-quality double-ender recording, or in-studio sessions at our Galway facility. Backup tracks are always maintained. | Show up, have the conversation. We manage the technical side. |
| Post-production | Multi-track editing, noise reduction, EQ, compression, intro/outro assembly, chapter markers, and transcript generation. | Listen to the final cut and approve, or request a single revision round. |
| Distribution | Episodes are tagged with metadata, uploaded to your hosting platform, and pushed to all connected directories. Show notes and social assets are delivered. | Share the episode with your audience. We provide ready-made promotional copy. |
Three paths creators take with us
The first-time launcher
You have an idea and an audience but no experience producing audio content. We build your entire podcast from scratch — branding, format design, pilot episode, and launch strategy. Most launchers publish their first episode within five weeks of our initial call.
The overwhelmed host
Your show exists but editing, uploading, and promoting each episode consumes hours you do not have. We take over the operational burden so you can focus entirely on creating great conversations. Typical time savings: six to nine hours per episode.
The growth-stage brand
Your podcast is established and you need to professionalise. We introduce audience analytics, sponsorship-ready ad insertion, enhanced show notes for search visibility, and cross-platform video clips optimised for social sharing.
Is this the right fit?
We work best with creators and organisations who treat their podcast as a meaningful communication channel rather than a passing experiment. If you recognise yourself in any of the following, we should talk.
- You are a business owner who wants to build authority through long-form audio content
- You are a non-profit that needs to share stories with limited internal resources
- You are an author or educator looking to extend your reach beyond written material
- You are a media company launching a new vertical in audio
- You have recorded several episodes but struggle with consistency and quality
Not quite ready?
If you are still exploring whether podcasting suits your goals, we offer a free 20-minute discovery call with no obligation. We will honestly tell you if a podcast is the right medium for your message — or if another format might serve you better.
"The turnaround speed is remarkable. I record on Monday evening and the finished episode is in my inbox by Thursday morning, every single week."— Declan Morrissey, host of The Connacht Craft Hour
"They handled our entire launch — name, artwork, trailer, and the first six episodes. We went from zero to featured on Apple Podcasts Ireland in under two months."— Aisling Brennan, co-founder of Harbour Stories

Distribution and analytics
We manage your hosting account, RSS feed, and directory listings. Monthly analytics reports track downloads, listener geography, episode performance, and growth trends.
Guest coordination
From outreach emails to calendar scheduling and pre-interview briefing documents, we handle guest logistics so you can arrive prepared and focused on the conversation.
Social media assets
Audiogram clips, quote cards, and short-form video excerpts formatted for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. Delivered alongside each episode for immediate sharing.
A note on how we work
We deliberately limit the number of active shows we support to ensure each client receives focused, senior-level attention. You will never be passed to a junior editor or receive templated feedback. The person who discusses your episode strategy is the same person who edits your audio.
Our approach is rooted in editorial thinking. We treat each episode as a piece of publishing — it should have a clear arc, serve your listener, and reflect your voice authentically. Production quality matters enormously, but it is always in service of the story you are telling.
Because we are based in Galway, we understand the Irish media landscape, the nuances of accent and dialect in editing, and the specific distribution channels that matter for audiences in Ireland and the UK. We also work with international clients across European and North American time zones.
